Adding a indexer to a PRTAlpha

I have a old PR machine that has a indexer that I put together using a 8" rotary table. I drive it, with a belt,and a stepper which is like the one on the Z axis. Everything works great.
I just got a PRTAlpha machine and I want to use this setup on it. What will I have to do? I am assuming a new motor and a driver in the control box. Is that all?
