    Default Pricing and Profit Margins?

    Hi,
I'm in the process of writing my business plan and have to cover things like product pricing, annual sales figures and profit margins. Have any of you current shopbot business owners determined what kind of profit margins are realistic in a small woodworking business making signs, custom cabinets etc.. I would appreciate any input regarding the financial issues associated with owning and operating a shopbot.

    Thanks,
    Ron

More or less find out your overhead and what your shop time costs you per hour including at the very least what your willing to pay yourself. With that information price out what a project costs you, and then figure out what you can sell it for. The rest is just math.

Ron, I would suggest that you email me direct at
