    Default C2 C3 problem

I have a 2007 PRS Standard. My computer got hit had with a bug after down loading a 'free' file from California Fonts. Had to take it to IT for the fix. Had to reload the Controller Software went with 3.8.8. After much a do, called ShopBot and then reloaded 3.6.44. Machine will run but c2 and c3 commandswill not function.
c2 drops the Z to the plate, touches and stops - "Z contacts did not clear for some reason Exiting
c3 does not move the tool at all. The program scrolls a couple of lines and reads "Use arrow keys to move off of Prox switch ESC when clear"
Wether on the Prox switches or not move the tool does not help.
The Prox switches turn off when in position and when grounded with the clip. The wires look good from the switches to the controller. Ground wires from machine and controller are good.
Reset the table coordinates, Turned off File Limits Checking.
Well I got to get out of the house, won't get back till 2, hope someone knows the easy fix. Thanks

Have you done a UR command and input the correct specs for your machine. then do a UI and reload the firmware.
