artcam pro version 5.5

My son is selling his artcam pro v 5.5
has a dongle but not a usb one.
He bought from Hyatts sign supply when he had the router a decade or two ago.
any idea what it is worth? any offers?
i heard the support is now up to $2,000 per year.
do not know about upgrades.
