Default Custom File & Hot Button

Along with a great explanation from Ed Lang I managed to write a file to offset a laser positioner. 2 questions, how do I name the file as "C4" for example & is it possible to make this a Button on the tool bar, such as "Zero XY with prox" button. tx Nev

    Hey Neville,

    1) If you look in your C:\sbparts\custom folder you'll find a file named "Custom_.sbc" that's a template for creating custom cuts. It has instructions for creating your own, but if you have questions you can open any of the other Custom cuts using the Editor to see how they're done.

    2) There isn't a way in the current control software to add buttons to the control software, but you can customize and add the buttons in the toolbar in the new beta software. Just right click anywhere on the button bar and you'll have tons of new options for customizing the interface.
