That came out great. How did you separate the LEDs?

I've been trying acrylic using a diamond drag bit. It works great for drawing lines, but when I need to engrave a large area like you did it's not working very well. Could you post the parameters you used for cutting with the endmill?

Hey Steve , on this piece was the first time I used a end mill on acrylic .
    It was a 4 flute 1/8 " bit , 12,000rpm , 110 ipm
.002 depth . Run router slower if possible . I would have
done this with a diamond drag but machine time was to long
so that's why this experiment . If you use your diamond bit for a
pocket do it with a 45 ' degree cut path then run again with a 0' degree
Cut path . Just time consuming this way . Jeff

Hey Jeff, would you mind looking at my attempt at engraving acrylic with a diamond drag bit? I posted it in the Desktop part of the forum as a problem. I would really appreciate your thoughts on this. I can't seem to get it right.

    Thanks,
    Steve
