Need File Assistance

If somone out there could take a simple 2d file and convert it to nice smooth mathmatically correct arc segments, I'd really appreciate it. I can send the file via email and you can name your price.
The client supplied us with a .dxf that we needed to edit a bit, but we don't have the software to convert it to arcs.
We had a batch laser cut, and the edge quality wasn't perfect due to the thousands of short segments.
We're on to batch 2 and we'd like to improve.
