3d file of dulcimer

I am quoting a sign and the customer wants a 3d hammer dulcimer in a dish in the center. Does anyone know where to find a file? I haven't quite grasped making my own 3d files yet.

I can model one for you. I found a ton of differant images, some look like a thin violin,, and others look like a xylophone,,, can you narrow the field as to what they may want?

A Hammer dulcimer resembles a Xylophone,
a Mountain dulcimer resembles a long thin Violin

Here is a picture of the sign I am trying to quote. The customer is interested in the dulcimer part not the scenic background. The dulcimer carved down in a dish is fine. The over all sign is 3/4 x 9 3/4 x 15. The scenic background would be the dished part. The text is v carved, but would read the customers name instead.
