Here are a few pics of some HDU (Signfoam3) park signs we shipped out to Illinois this week.
The backgrounds were first routed down and the blanks then cut to shape on the shopbot before blasting in the woodgrain texture with the grain fraim.
We built the post assemblies as well, but I did not get a picture of them before they were crated.
The signs were finished with 1Shot lettering enamels.
