I am a novie user of a CNC router.
I am cuuting 125mm letters,ABC etc.from 18mm MDF. The first outside cut using a 12mm bit at 18000 rpm and 5000mm feed leaves a reasonable finish, but with a 30 degree 'V' tool, same rpm and same feed, making a chamfer, leaves a very rough finish.
Any ideas on improving the finish?
