I have the issue fixed, but wanted to pass it along to other PRS owners.
One of the bolts on the bottom rollers on the Y car became loose. It allowed the cam adjuster to pivot and it actually tightened itself up to where the y motor started loosing steps. I thought the motor was going bad at first. I took the motor off and rolled the Y car without the motor and found it.
I've herd of things getting loose on these things, but it's the first for me on something getting overly tight by itself.
