well I have a few but most are pretty irregular. I have two signs shops now and one has been fairly regular with one or two jobs every week or so. well this new sign shop is a big one. I posted some of the work I have done they are forms for plastic molding. the company has two cnc machines but both are older and can't do 3d and they don't have dust collection for them.
so making forms is not hard but has it's learning curve to figure out the fastest way to make them. they have big customers so the work should be steady. I did a dq sign orange Julius best buy papa murphy's thats 10' long and some domes.
they wanted me to come visit so I saw how they did things it was a interesting visit. the metal bending machine for making lighted letters and their forming machine for the plastic. I found lexan has moisture in it. so they have to dry it for 16 hours before they can form it.

Steve,

That is great news! In these economic times having a steady customer like that is my dream. It might be coming true if I can win some steady cutting work from a plaque making company. I'm crossing my fingers.....:)

Steve,
The signs look great

How do you get from .PDF to vectors? what software do you use?

Actually the PDFs are a direct import into vcarve. Of course all PDFs don't import and some come in wrong.
