Nothing special...

Louver slots? easy with VCP...used to do them with router and jig...but not anymore "I have seen the light"

...yes, this was done on a vintage PR machine!

Gene,

I've found the CNC to be invaluable when it comes to louvered doors and shutters. I've done many of them and won't go back to the handheld router, that's for sure.

That is cool. Inspires all kinds of ideas. I have never made louvered doors with a handheld router and don't plan to learn

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Gene! My wife wants louvered interior blinds and now look what you've done. Maybe she won't see this.

Very slick though... it should have occured to me since I'm way more brilliant and humble than you. :D or is that stupid and pompous, I get the two confused.

Its funny. My wife said she does like them because they are hard to clean..That was after I asked her..Try the "really hard to clean line". I still think they look cool and allow a breeze to flow through rooms

Well I meant to say doesnt..ha ha. talk about getting the complete opposite point across

Dust...My wife laughed at the thought of me ever dusting. I am much more the type of person that likes to create dust than clean it

Gene,

You do some great finishing work! These louvered doors and the door with the full size carving really look great!
