of course I can't find the name of it but it is a roundover with a point. the flat tipped ones can't get into the tight area's of letters. I can find smaller ones but I need one with a 1/4 r 1/2" diameter curve. the largest one I have found is 3/8"

Steve, I have used bits like what you describe. Although not that brand given in a reply, I was somewhat disappointed in the results. These type of bits have a tendency to scrape or rip the wood fiber at the very point of the cutter. The bits are not possible to be made with a cutting edge in the fine point area. Their cut makes it necessary to sand in the point area.

not my favorite brand but that will work. I am only cutting mdf so that won't be an issue. plus I offset it a couple hundredths. so when I use a straight bit to cut it out any of that will be cut away.

right after I ordered the others. I could not find these on whitesides page. when I went to dealer he said they did not go up that large. makes me wonder if he was looking at radius.
