RPM Control Reads "Preview"

My RPM control now reads "Preview" and has stopped working.
It has been working fine for about a year.

Any suggestions?
I have a Yaskawa drive.

I'm no help, but am interested in any feedback others have to share. I was only ever able to get mine working when the Yaskawa drive wasn't running. As soon as I turned the spindle on, my RPM stoped working and reverted back to the preview mode. If memory serves, all I had to do to get it out of preview mode was to disconnect and reconnect the USB cord. My issue seems like RF or other similar interference, but I've not been able to find the source.

I posted a month ago or so about my comm error experiences and what seems to have resolved my problem AND my speed control/read out problem. I opened the spindle control box and discovered the little board which the USB cable plugs into had come undone from its four sticky tape mounting and was lying on top of the internal fans. I move the board to the side wall of the box and my comm errors are (mostly) gone AND I now have my spindle speed control.
