How to do I draw an X with different but exact angles? Think of a pair of scissors that are open at different angles? Say I want to draw an X with a 47* angle and another X with a 122* angle. Is there an easy way to do that in PW?

create two poly lines or rectangles, rotate to the desired angle, and then center in an object or material. Then use the scissor tool (Trim vector) to cut any unwanted stuff out.

Hi Tim,

Not sure if this helps - The Draw Polyline tool has options for
creating vectors at specific angles and lengths etc.

See the image below.

Although Tony showed a screen shot from Aspire and not PW the tools are just about identical in the two.

When you open the polyline box, put in the value of x and y that you want to be the start point in the 2 top fields, click "add" and then enter the angle and distance in the middle fields and click the add button again. Then create your second line from the same origin the same way.

Alternately, if you know where the end of the open part is you can draw it in one go.

An other way is to draw one of them and then do a rotate copy.
