After installing this, I get an error on startup that StringTable.mdb cannot be opened. I noticed that it moved this from the application folder in the earlier versions into the All User app data folder. I checked, and everything appears to be there. I even tried uninstalling, installing an earlier version then upgrading: same issue. I've check the permissions on the mdb file and they look OK. I've also tried logged in as administrator. I've e-mailed Thermwood, but no response, yet.

Any ideas?

You didnt say what OS you are using. If Vista, then you MUST r-click executable and "run as admin". disregard if XP or Win7. If Vista you must uninstall as above, then reinstall.

Have you posted this on the eCabs forum? There are a bunch of sharp guys over there and are every bit as helpful as the crew here.

Gary - XP Pro SP3, sorry. Interestingly, all the previous versios worked fine...

Ron,

If you will do a search of "String Table" on the eCabs forum there are several threads discussing this.

Make sure you save the update to your desktop first and then run it from there.

A call to Thermwood is still the best.
