ok we are working on a movie at our church, this is our version of Goiath's sword. The blade is made of aluminum, handle is mdf. My first time to work with aluminum but it turned out fine.
Some filming is still in progress, most of the other stuff we built was made with pink foam and 1x"s very basic stuff.
I do not have a shot from after the handle received it's final treatment it was painted pewter and wraped with leather.
Forgive the angle, length is about 56" so kinda hard to get a nice shot in my shop.
