I'm having a hard time finding a 67.5 degree router v grove bit to cut parts so I can make a hollow octagon. I will need about a 1 inch cut depth cut. I think I did the calculation correctly. Can anyone give me a lead?
Thanks,
Mike

Call Centurion Tools, I suspect they can make you a custom bit for a very modest fee. I have had them make several custom bits for me, they have been very prompt, and all met my specs.

Michael,
I found THIS bit which claims to do octogons, but it's not 67.5 degrees - it's a 22.5 degree. Will this get you where you need to go?

I've had my eye on one of these for a while now...but haven't pulled the trigger on it yet: http://www.jtsmach.com/jtswebshop/CarbideTooling/CN634.asp

I have one and the sucker was off by a couple of degree's or so if I remember right. and trying to get a new cutter in and get it exactly centered is a real pain in the rear.
