I have tested various foam products etc.
and my testing has shown that polyurethane based products rout better even
if its lower density vs.styrofoam based boards.
HDU heck its nice product but price does not permit me to do interior letters price wise. can you recommend board that would machine cleanly at reasonable price. Blue or pink foam need to much work to make em look good.
Ultra plus by United Industries cuts nice and I like alu faced material spray core any color you want for contrast that works.
May I add I live in Dallas metro area so we do have numberus vendors just need direction due to lack of experiance.
