Jack, if you're using Internet Explorer, look for Favorites/Add to Favorites and there should be an option there for import/export.

If you're using FireFox, go to Bookmarks/Organize Bookmarks and Import/Export/Backup.

Reverse the procedure on the new computer.

Firefox has this great add-on called X-marks. It saves your bookmarks online and can be acessed on any computer with a login. I have alot of bookmarks and am too lazy to backup often. Saves alot of time during crashes.
