How fast could you cut 218 3 inch triangles in .25" ABS with good vac on a PRS Alpha? I'm planning on 3ips but 3in ABS triangle is pretty small & slippery.

Neville, glue it down to some coroplast and then hold that down with your vac.
I've done something similar (used surfaced scrap UHMW) to cut out 1/4" acrylic. I glued the acrylic down to the UHMW base using a spray on formica adhesive (Wilsonart brand I think). It cleaned up with Goo Gone Gel(like Simple Orange) very easily.

I meant to add they are out of a 4x8 sheet, or actually 10 of them, so gluing them down will overprice them. I was more curious how fast I could cut them really in order to estimate the cost. I'm thinking he should go back to the shop that gave him "a great price" to begin with - it one of those deals, you've all had them.
