Error 109 message in Aspire

While working on a 3D sign design in Aspire I got an error message when I went to save it:

"Failed to create file - Code 109"

I had been saving it along as I worked on it, but got this message when done. Now, I'm stuck and will have to recreate the project, but I don't want to get the same message again.

Any ideas?

The problem seemed to be that I was saving to an external hard drive and something went hay-wire. When I recreated the project and saved it to an internal hard drive, it worked fine.
