I am very new at this. I came in today and cut out some foam letters (Yes I'm doing what shopbot told me to do, START WITH FOAM) All went well with the letters, well kinda. So I designed something and now the router won't run. I changed the fuse, not it. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??? thanks so much

Try to go back and run the last job without the material. Just cut air. See if it works.

Tried it John, it didn't work. It just clicks. It will continue without the router running.

Jerry, what does that mean? I went back to the job I cut out an hour ago and the machine will run but the router doesn't come on.

Thanks guys for your help....don't ask me what I did, because I have no clue, but it is now running. Thanks again.

Just reading the thread.....you may want to remove the bit and just air cut.
Slow down.
Baby steps.
Its all zeros and ones.
Switches turning things on and off.
Yes/no/left/right/up/down
But learn how to start and stop the router!
Draw a circle and air cut and imaginary circle.
Do a little, then a little more, then a little more.
Keep your anatomy away from the machine as well.
The mysteries are gonna hurt.
