As I was drawing up my illustrations to show, to ask for help figuring out what went wrong, I saw what was wrong (i think) so i am going to post here for some of the newbies to show that even some of us more experienced users screw up and the lesson i learned is
PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS!!!
I was cutting the grout details for the castle wall.
Z zero is center of material.
The cutting area was 48x65
So what do i do? I measured 65, divide that by 2 to come up with 32.5.
Then to complicate it i decide since one of my vacumns isn't coming on that the vac won't hold it and i decide to move the Zzero center 5" down in the X to allow for clamps.
start the file, watch it and it is making bricks where the drawbridge cutout should be, so halfway thru i stopped it.
Now i have to move the "grid" of groutlines down in the X so they match up with the perimeters of the drawbridge door and cover that area with brick.
I can cover the whole face with groutlines again (as long as they match up with whats there) and then just pocket cut the door in the center.
If anyone can look at this and offer a different solution (other then starting over with a new piece of plywood) i'd love to hear it.
