Check Your e-mail:

Last year Rob Williams posted them on the web for download. Before we get fifty requests (as usual every year) here are the links. Enjoy.

Thanks for the links and email. I hate to ask dumb questions but I have only cut plastic on my SB for my Marine Products business. What type plywood would you recomend to make these figures from? What cutter should I use to cut them out and speed and feed? Thanks again and sorry for the dumb questions but if I were cutting them from plastic I would know the answer. I am using a PRS standard with a 3HP Columbo spindle.

Well Mike, in Vancouver you know these things aren't going to stay dry on your front lawn so you better use an exterior grade. If you have a pretty good vacuum you can probably cut safely at 3ips in a couple of passes with a decent 1/4" or maybe 1 pass with a 3/8 or 1/2" (all 2 flute down or mortise type). That's assuming you want to go faster! I spin 16 to 18k for ply. Some go more agressive but you're really not going to save that much on a run of a couple of sheets. Centurian bits are just fine for this. I've been using them more and more. You can always use the same cut through and leave skin system you use for your Seaboard.
