Parameter error?

I recently got this parameter error pop up message:

Parameter value below range for VS - setting to lower limit (.05)!

The file ran but the travel speed was VERY slow. On the left side of the screen, while the file was running, the values displayed were:
XY - .05
Z - .05

Any ideas why this error occurred and what I need to do to fix it?

Just had that today. The Z move speed has been set slower then .05 IPS. I did this in ShopBot Link where I had set my drill move speed to .5 forgetting that the Link does everything in IPM and not IPS. Change it to 30 IPM and everything worked great.

As Don notes, the usual cause is an inches per SECOND speed number being placed in an inches per MINUTE input box. Check the speed box on your tool. My guess is that it is set to inches per minute and your speed is a number less than 3
