I made a sheet goods cart for getting material from my front yard to my shop in the back. I got tired of straining my back carrying material so I built this cart it was not made by my ShopBot but it was made for it. I do not have a paved path from the front yard to the back so I had to get creative. I made this cart from steel I had on hand and bought the casters from Harbor Freight.
Here is the cart in the upright position.

The cart has to transport material through this narrow passage between my boat and trailer not much room maybe 3'.

The cart then hits the gravel and the SB is behind the double doors. Here is a view of that path.

Here is the cart laid out ready to slide sheets on the SB.

I was really unhappy with my welding job and could not figure out why I was doing such a bad job, then I spotted the problem my ground clamp connection was burned up. I repaired the bad connection where the cable attaches to the clamp and just like that I was welding like a pro again. The problem is I welded almost this whole cart before I found the issue I may go back and re-weld some of it later structurally it is fine but cosmetically it looks like the first time I welded something.
