I am currently working on a project that has me cutting out hardwood shapes (generally rectangles with holes and slots in them). The customer has very tight tollerances and so i think that i have gotten 85% of the speed i can by modifying the cut process. Was wondering if anybody had any ideas (other than upgrading to a alpha, i wish but not just yet) add to the list.

Cut out the back and forth to the home cordinates between toolpaths - for this job saves as much as 45 sec per part.
Doing the clean up pass with the bit at full depth this saved as much as 1:30 per part
had the bot place the router in the right spot for zeroing at bit change time.
went with a 3/8 bit rather than a 1/4 - didn't really speed much up but incressed the quality of the cuts (cant go any larger)
