Question on Spindles

Hi Guys,

I have a 4 month old PRS Standard a have nothing but success with everything about it... But I am leaning torwards upgrading to a spindle from my PC router....

My Question is will my control box support the upgrade and what is my best option? The Shop bot spindle system?

My Control box is the newest version. It turns on and off my router and such..

I am sure that it will perform as you wish, however all the pieces for spindle control may not be in the box, as you ordered it for a router. Best thing to do is grab your serial number off the box and email or call SB tech support. They will know whats in the box, and what you will need to make it work.

I possibly may have one for sale. It includes the HSD 4hp spindle and electrics. It is on a Alpha that is about 12 months old. The reason for possibly selling it is I ordered the tool changer so that would be replacing it. All is in perfect condition other wise I would not sell it. Drop me am e-mail if interested.You won't be sorry to advance to a spindle over a router!!!
