pulley with teeth, can anybody get me started?

I am trying to cut a timing pulley with 200 teeth on it. I have drawn one tooth to the correct dimensions on Turbo Cad. I would like to import that as a DXF file into Part Wizard and generate a 200 tooth pulley that I can cut out of plastic.

How do I do this?

Tom,

It's probably easier or just as easy to do it in TC with the "Radial Copy" or "Radial Fit Copy". You'll need to know the base diameter of the pulley.

Save your drawing to dxf, dwg, eps, or ai. Open your partwizard and setup your job. Then go to file and click on import. You may have to play around with the different file types to get a clean import as it mostly works with older versions of other files.
An option may be Ryan Pattersons gear program he did a bit ago. A lot of guys also use a program called woodgears. After all, a toothed pulley is just a gear by another name!

The gear program is so nifty that I am going to buy it just to play with it.
