cnc router cutting in air

please help my cnc router is cutting in the air...it was working fine and then now it wont plunge into the material everything is still set up on vcarve the same..:confused:

Check and see if you have the zero origin at the top of the material or at the bottom of it and zero your bit the same way at the machine. Material thickness needs to be double checked also.

But it's better than a bit diving into your spoilboard. :D
