I have had good luck with
http://stores.ebay.com/Attitude-Carbide-Cutting-Tools or their parent company R.L. Schmitt Company of Livonia, MI The ebay discount store doesn't always have everything, but they are first class bits when they do at bargain prices

I recently used http://www.bqtool.com/ for some very sharp bits 1/8 at a good price, but they were 10 days getting to me

really tiny
http://bitsbits.com/

I am sure there are many more places, but I have used these 3

Scott,

Precise Bits has them, but only a 0.24" cut depth:

Thanks guys,

I'll check them out.

I found these on eBay also.

I have a large framed plaque that needs many rectangles outlined for plate locations and I just need to cut through the veneer into the MDF core slightly. I have a couple of 0.0625" upcut bits (had them for quite some time, but don't have clue as to where I got them), but wanted some downcut ones so I don't have quite so much clean up time.

they manufacture the tools in PA and usually have everything in stock
