10" X 14" Certificate Holder Needed

My son is getting his Junior Black Belt certificate. I wanted to get a certificate holder like the one pictured and then mount it to a plaque with one of Vector Art 3D Martial Artist models. The problem is that the certificate is from Korea and is approx. 10" by 14". Any idea where to get a certificate holder that size or how to make one? The largest I have been able to find on Google is 8.5" by 11".

I do just about all of their wood products and I know that they can get or make acrylic plates for certificates.

They're just next door to you too. ;)
