Cabinet guys...

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone here may know of a source for a special type of hinge that I really dont know the name of. I have attached a picture. I think it is called a parallel scissor hinge?

I need a pair similar to the picture, 14-16" length, but with a spring or latch that would help hold them in the full open position. I want to mount a small flat screen TV to the face of a cabinet and use these hinges so the TV will both elevate for viewing and also allow access to the cabinet behind it. As far as access goes, if I have to mount these "spring scissor hinges" to a regular side hinged door, that is fine.

Thanks for any help.
