What does this mean?

Okay help me if you can. I go to do a C3 and a message comes up and say's "Run time error '9'. Subscript out of range" The program then quits. What the heck does this mean? I have never seen it before but the strange part is I can move all axis' by command or keyboard. Any help out there?

That's an internal VB6 error code (the language the SB control software is written in).

I had it once whenever I loaded a file and the only way I found around it was to de-install and re-install the software.
