VFD error EF4

My V7-4X (VFD unit) is displaying EF4 when powered up. My docs tell me this is am External Fault (S4) error. I don't have anything connected to S4 and program parameter n053 is set to 5 (fault reset).

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Found my problem! I looked at parameter n153, not n053. n053 was set to "4", which is NO(normally open) for an error condition. I set it to "3", which is NC (normally closed) for an error condition. All good now!
