I'll probably be banned for this or at least put in the stocks for a week, but I've come across a CW probe and wondered if there was any possibility the Bot one and it worked the same way other than the connector they appear similar. OK bring out your cabbages.......

I wouldn't know the difference but i do know a few have made their own probes. Another thing, what's the difference between this and someone making their own indexer? I don't think the punishment will be too harsh.

I would like to suggest waterboarding as a much less violent punishment than cabbages. ;)

It should be normally closed. That is to say, when hooked up to input 1 - it should be lit up any time the probe is connected. You need to find out if it requires additional voltage than the TTL input 1 + ground gives you. 1st Gen SB probes did not require additional voltage.

In the software you can choose whether it is a normally closed or normally opened probe. The voltgage is important. It works like a z zero plate.
