Guys...
I have had this working for a while, posted a few pics, and have a number of emails & PMs asking for more info.

Details are:
Gast air motor with gear reduction
Vaccoon Vac generator
Worm drive winch
Stanley sliding barn door track & rollers.
The rest should be self explanatory, OR visit my Camp ShopBot Sept 24th for a closer look.

Here is a short video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IsFt-CMsbvs

Ok Gary - trick question - does it do whole sheet flip ops also? I'm sure it does somehow. :) :)

It works good, but I need to bring the sheet about 3 ft back off the table to clear the DC hose. Just pick the sheet up by one long edge. Sometimes I set another table off the left end of the table to make it easier.

Gary- that looks pretty cool. Even better than my "vacuum crane"..:)

Very nice setup. I gotta get me one of those.

How do you get things out of the pallet rack with that? My shop is set up with about the same layout and I have been taking them out with the forklift and sliding them onto the bed of the machine.

Kenneth...
As long as I dont stack them too high, it works pretty good. Or I slide the sheet out halfway. In the video I am pulling a sheet off a stack on the horses, as these were delivered by the customer. Normally I have a bunk below on a pallet jack.
