In the following pictures i did Feature Machining.. The object was pre-machined with manual lathe.. I just took picture of it and draw the vectors in coreldraw.. After this i made the 3D model in #D studio max and imported it into Artcam and unwrapped it..Then I did Feature Machining toolpath..
You can see the chatter mark because the object was loosely supported toward the chuck side ..My tail stock was not touching at the other end (because of my laziness)...
However it was my first experience with feature machining...that was great and i now see lot of good work in near future

It took only 2 minutes to complete the job...
