For a long time I was a Bot lurker. Then I bit the bullet and became a Bot owner. SLOWLY but surely I am becoming a Bot user! :) Through it all I have been an admirer of the quality and quantity of support I get from Shopbot and thier family of very friendly and helpful employees. I think this is probably the main reason we all have bought our tools from them. This support must be infectious though because this forum is an extension of that great family style of support. What a great family of friends I have made since becoming aware of Shopbot. Thank you Shopbot, thank you forum members, thank you friends.
