cook book holder

I've had a request from the wife to make a cook book holder.
Has anyone built one or have plans.
I know it's a simple project but it's nice to see what other peolpe have done

The one we made was just two pieces of cherry. Cut a notch just past halfway on each one on opposite sides. These notches are set a a height so that when slid together, the pieces are aligned at a comfortable angle. Sine they are not permanently attached, they can be taken down for storage.

Use the 3D effect to add some interesting design to the back of the holder.

Sorry for the poor quality photo, but the easiest one I could find of the one we did for a friend's wedding.
