I recently ran across a cool site showcasing some nice cnc cut plywood furniture at http://www.Plydea.com. I found this in the current issue of American Woodworker (#157).

This magazine has a department called the "CNC Workshop" where I also found Melissa Jones from Nice Carvings (http://nicecarvings.com) Showing off more of her excellent work done on a Shopbot.

Great work Melissa!

Melissa's work is amazing. She has a great eye for color and form.

Just happened to click this! How can you pass up a title like product inspiration?

:D

Thank you for posting this Rick! Thank you as well Paul!

It was really exciting to be in the American Woodworker magazine. I'm glad they also mentioned my Shopbot because we do love our ole' blue around here and Shopbot do deserve every bit of recognition!

I can guarantee you that I would not be making signs or doing much carving anymore if it weren't for having a shopbot.

Very cool find - I was also very impressed by Bill Young's "table" work as well... his latest table was the adoorable - I don't have a picture of it but it was a great idea.

I know for the ShopBot Desktop, he designed the perfect table for it which I had the pleasure to use when he and Angus were teaching me how to CNC!
