Voltage Change?

We Just purchased a used PRSAlpha 120x60 It included a Yaskawa V7CU45p5 and HSD AT/MT1073-140 Spindal that runs on 220 3 phase. My problem is the Yaskawa runs on 460 and i don't have 460 in my shop. So what is the cheapest solution to correct this?

Will something like this work?

We bought this unit with a 17 hp vacuum table 2 Spidals and a ton of misc parts. We got it for a fantastic price. But did not budget in a hardware change so we are hoping to find a solution that's alot less than full retail. Wich I assume is in the $1000 range.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
