missing com.return
I everyone and Happy New Year, I was running some cuts on the Bot today and started to get Missing com.return it seems you start a cut and when it finishes a move it gives an error message. I have found a link to an old tread and I tried the grounding checking if it was secure, zero plate, ground the computer. but it is still not reliable.
I noticed that the two green LED in the control box that the one closest to the back of the box or second one in was dim so I wiggled the connector block and it got bright, however if I jiggle the wires on the connector block the LED blinks, I unplugged the block and connected it 90 degrees up and it made a much tighter connection so I assume I might have a loose connection, what does this LED indicate? and am I on the right track, This is the first time I am encountering this error.
Can someone tell me where on the computer should I attach a ground wire can I do it to the case it is metal or do I need to go inside and attach to the chassie? Any help would be appreciated!
In life Something always goes wrong when you need it to work, this has been my luck!
the Bot for most cases has been very reliable.
