Republic blower 16.9 hp

Does any one know if this blower is enough for a 4x8 table.
I will be nesting cabinet part ,and I am not sure if it is enough vacuum for when I break through.
Will the loose part is stay in place.

Yes-With sufficient sized pipe that is plenty of vacuum.
