Hi,
I searched but cannot find the old photos of Brady's and others home made cool air tools for cooling bits while cutting the thicker aluminum. Something like the tools discussed in this thread... http://www.talkshopbot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5531&highlight=vortex
I recall Brady's used a basketball inflator needle as the nozzle and he also mentioned an alcohol pump setup. There were also a couple others posted over the years and I am very curious for any detailed pics, info, links, and/or the specific parts used on constructing something that works to cool bits like that.
