I started a thread on this subject, some years ago
-now archived.
No-one seemed particularly interested at the time
I guess most Shopbotters have 20/20 vision. Or wear glasses..
Nevertheless, I just came across this hi-visibility keyboard at
https://www.getezeyes.com/
in case anyone's vision has deteriorated in that time..

That's actually a good idea as my vision is real bad. I have that bookmarked and will go back to it later today and order (depending on the fine print). Thanks:)

I ordered it, and the ordering process was a PITA!!!
you order one with a mouse, for extra 7.95 you get a second one for a total of 31.00 for 2 keyboards 2 mouses (or is that meeces?, i hate those meeces to pieces!)
the problem is along each step in the process you get a popup offer for other related and unrelated stuff, and NO i didn't order the Snuggie! (I already have one!);)

Presumably you have to the font size on the screen set to 300% to match? ;)

Hey Jack,

I hope you have better luck than these people.

Probably a safer bet to order from Amazon, with choice of brands:
http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=ez+eyes+keyboard&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=7407823524&ref=pd_sl_5j591xe7q4_b

hey Tim......Now you tell me!
When i went thru the ordering process i could see how you could get confused and add on things and that may be the source of the complaints. When I went thru it calculated my order correctly and gave me a reciept for the correct order so I HOPE:eek: it will be ok.
Since i have a correct reciept saved on the computer and printed hopefully it will; be ok. If not i think i can call my CC company and have it reversed.
Thanks for the heads up:eek:
(I think you are correct that it is safer going thru Amazon)

I've been using one by Maxell, it has amber keys with extra large blackletters/numbers. Bought off amazon. Highly visible.

Jack,
Just wondering if this story had a happy ending or not?
How about an update.

I ordered the 1 keyboard and 1 mouse for 14.95 +7.95 shpg + 1 extra keyboard& mouse for 7.95 shpg for a total of $31.00 on about Jan 29.
I got an email on the 15th that it was shipped out and i should get it on the 21st, so it took about 3 weeks but it said it would take 4 to 6 weeks shipping.
I looked at those complaints you posted Tim and based on the way they have their ordering system set up it is real easy to screw up and order more then you thought and its hard to go back and cancel an order online so i can see how people would get confused and pissed off, and maybe they do it that way intentionally. I know that they had not charged my CC until it was shipped and i had a confirmed order and bill for the correct amount.
I will post a picture and let you know when i get it sometime around the 21st.

Got my keyboard in today. It feels a little different then the one i was using and you always have to get used to the "feel" of it. It's a bit smaller then the one i was using. Because i work in ambient lighting the small letters on the black keyed board were hard to see. This no problem. This is my first use of it and the keys seem a bit crowded but i have to get used to the way it looks. You can see the difference in the two keyboards. I got it in about 3 weeks time.
If you have trouble with your vision then for $15.00 this is a good deal. I'm happy with it.:D
