I saw metric cabinet door router sets for sale. I cannot remember where but have called around with no luck.
What do you guys do for flat panel, slile and rail doors. The 1/4" plywood is approximately 3/16" thick.

any help would greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Dave

If it's shaker style do it on the table saw.
Otherwise here is another option:

Bridal joints cut on the tables saw with a tenoning jig. This joint is fast and easy and far superior in strength to unreinforced cope and stick, or stub tenons.

Run a groove using your favorite method.

1/4 inch hardwood ply on an MDF core is just rthe right thickness for your stile and rail set. Maybe .23 inches.
