Eugene - I love the look. How thin did you go? Just wondering, 'cause I did one similar by accident! :o

The great thing this really tells you is that your spoilboard is flat - I regularly use profile cutout toolpaths, leaving ~0.002 allowance, zeroed off the table with a downcut bit. When your table is flat, you don't need tabs for most things. The chips pack the cut and hold the pieces in place...

I did not have a way to measure it...but it wa very thin

I did not pay attention to the machine time... I jus set the cut to only leave 1/64th of material to be left.
